Tajir is a Pakistani B2B marketplace for mom and pop stores. The company recently raised $17 million in a Series A round led by Kleiner Perkins.
The session will discuss possible job opportunities for LUMS grads at Tajir, as well as how to launch and run a startup in Pakistan. Graduates can also learn about how firms like Kleiner Perkins decide which startups to invest in; Mamoon Hamid will also be discussing the potential of tech startups in Pakistan.
